Deleting applications/files only on single device

Which method should I choose?

I recommend the method of deleting the application using a copy of the configuration, if the application exists in the configuration in the Install status.

In other cases, you can use a push message.

Otherwise, if you delete a file or uninstall an application which exists in the configuration, they will be restored.
