Hello,

We have a big problem on MDM. Indeed, we are in a community version, self-herbed on a powerful server. However, we have 1499 devices. When enrolling the 1500th, an error appears on the Android device. It says "unable to configure your device, for assistance contact your IT administrator."

If I delete 1 device to go down to 1498, and therefore enroll 1499, it works. Can we overcome this limitation? I can't find anything conclusive in the logs... Is this the problem with the community version? Thanks for your response.

Hello,

There are no restrictions on the number of devices in the community version; these are problems with the devices, not with MDM

Error occurs before MDM is downloaded to the device.
