Lock, restart, and restore factory settings on devices.

The Lock, Restart, and Factory Reset command functions on all devices and profiles are not working. What could be the cause?

First, check if service push message delivery is working:

1. First Check are you able to send Messages to the Device.

2. Check the Push Notification setting in the Configuration ->Custom Setting. It should be MQTT protocol
