I was able to do the following below

- On the device’s "Start" screen, tap 6-7 times to activate the QR code scanner.
- Point the device’s camera at the QR code.
- Connect to Wi-Fi
- after that it said "This device belongs to your organization"
- After that, it is "Getting ready for work setup..."

but while in the screen "Getting ready for work setup", their is a popup where it states "can't set up device" and then a button that states "reset".

also it is already unchecked in the "Enroll using mobile data" and the admin receiver class is already "com.hmdm.launcher.AdminReceiver" and still got the same error

my question why is it failing don't have a clue and also I am able to successfully download the apk from this attribute "PROVISIONING_DEVICE_ADMIN_PACKAGE_DOWNLOAD_LOCATION" in my browser

Please ​try downloading the launcher from downloads page.

Add it to the MDM control panel on the applications tab.

Apply to all configurations and repeat the device enrollment process.

If this does not help, then delete the device from the MDM control panel and create a new one. No special characters in the device name. For example test001

Then try enrolling again.
