How can I block applications from the system?

Specifically is the com.miui.msa.global package and its purpose is to show SPAM ads through notifications. Is there any way to block it from the Headwing configuration?

Unfortunately, there is no way to terminate the com.miui.msa.global application process via MDM. It runs in the background.

As a solution, you can use the URL filtering plugin: https://qa.h-mdm.com/17026/can-i-let-user-open-only-some-urls-url-filtering-feature

Theoretically, com.miui.msa.global will not be able to receive ads. Need to test.

Also, you can try to uninstall it: https://qa.h-mdm.com/15146/how-to-remove-bloatware-from-the-device  

However this package may be protected against the uninstallation.
