App blocked to protect your device

Question

I have old device install with Headwind MDM 5.27.2 every thing working fine, but when I want to reinstall with Factory reset and scan QR code, I got message  device belong to organization. and after click next I got message from, 

Google Play Protect

"App blocked to protect your device"

MDM Agent

How should I fixed this.

Unfortunately, in some countries, earlier versions of Headwind MDM have recently been hit by a new Google Play policy banning sideloading of "potentially unwanted apps": https://developers.google.com/android/play-protect/warning-dev-guidance

The issue has been fixed in Headwind MDM launcher 6.21.

To update Headwind MDM, please use the "admin -> Check for updates" option in the web panel (more details here: https://h-mdm.com/update-prod/

Thank, I should try to upgrade my mdm.
