How to Fix Wifi Manager Bug to Make it Work Properly on Android 10, 11, 12

I want a solution that can be installed directly on the MDM, can someone help me?

On Android 11 and above, the possibility to manage WiFi networks has been revoked from the third party  applications.   

The only option available (except for initial enrollment) is to use "Suggestion API". Which means, the WiFi Manager app can only "suggest" the SSID and password to the user, whereas the user must accept or decline these settings in the interactive mode.
