I am trying to perform a reset of the phone to factory defaults, this appears in the logs as a 'Factory Reset Requested' along with the time - however after waiting for around 1/2 hour, this still hasn't been actioned. The same happened when issuing a reboot command. Rebooting the device manually seems to trigger the reset - please can you advise?
