How to define which networks are accessible and set restrictions?

In Headwind MDM, you can enable or disable the mobile network and WiFi. This can be done in the configuration details, "Wi-Fi" and "Mobile data" flags.

Also, you can manage Wi-Fi network via WiFi manager: https://qa.h-mdm.com/1982/how-to-manage-wifi-networks  (this may not work on Android 11 and 12).
