how to troubleshoot Messaging, I didn't receive anything.

1. Make sure that Headwind MDM Pager Plugin is included in the allowed configuration applications.

2. Make sure port 31000 is open

3. Enable log collection and check them: https://qa.h-mdm.com/1573/
