Have no idea if this image went through but 2 of my devices are on, and ready, but will not update one of my apps. They have been fine up to this latest and all other devices updated. Any thoughts?

Here's how to diagnose the issue:

1. Turn on logging for Headwind MDM launcher: https://qa.h-mdm.com/1573/

2. Click the "Refresh" icon on the device screen or reboot the device

3. Check for the installation errors in the logs (Select in the device list: ... -> Logs).
