To be able to reset the phone to factory defaults, Headwind MDM agent must be properly installed, see this instruction: https://h-mdm.com/quick-start/#device
To reset the phone, find a device in the "Devices" tab, click "..." icon, then "Reboot, lock, Reset".
Click "Reset" and confirm that you want to reset the phone.
The phone will be reset within some seconds (or at least next time it reboots).
