Cannot re-install the app after installing and deleting

I installed “play-1.19.0_arm64.apk” and “play-1.19.0.apk” and deleted them.  Now, play is not accessible – but when I try to “add” the app and upload the apk file – it says “the file is on the server” and doesn’t install the apk.

Is there a way to completely remove both APK’s from the server?  If so, I will reinstall the “play-1.19.0_arm64.apk”.

Removing the application doesn't remove the file by default. That's why you're getting this issue.

To remove the file, please open the "Files" tab and remove the files.
