I'm able to open Settings on Xiaomi through Recents button

I've installed Headwind MDM on Xiaomi Redmi 7A.

The problem is that I can enter Settings through Recents button. I just open Settings and it works.

Also, when I'm trying to open Settings from the status bar, the screen becomes flashing. I see the block screen replaced by Settings screen and so on.

Xiaomi has a special permission "Display pop-up windows while running in the background" which should be manually added. 

You are prompted to set this permission when Headwind MDM starts for the first time. If you occasionally missed this step, open Settings - Apps - Headwind MDM - Permissions - Other permissions and turn on "Display pop-up windows while running in the background".
