If you installed Headwind MDM by using QR code based enrollment, you cannot remove it from the device without factory reset.
However you can prevent Headwind MDM agent from running by exiting to system launcher (you need to enter the admin password), then open Android settings, setup the firmware launcher as a default launcher, and reboot the device.
Headwind MDM will still present on the device but will not run.
If you installed Headwind MDM as the APK file, then you can uninstall it without factory reset. However if you grant Headwind MDM the administrator rights, you need to revoke them (in Android settings) first.
