Does the Wifi Manager need to be set to run on boot in order for it to manage wifi connections?

The reason I ask is that we enroll devices in our office and set the wifi credentials in the wifi manager application settings for the client site. When the devices are deployed at the client site they do not auto connect.

Yes, set WiFi manager to run at boot.

Let me note that WiFi manager doesn't have a background service, so, to manage WiFi, you need to open the app.

In the application settings, on the Applications tab, you can check the "Run at boot" checkbox.
