Hi, I am having trouble with Kiosk mode UI restrictions on two different device brands: a Newland MT93 and a Honeywell CK62 enterprise device. Both were cleanly wiped and enrolled as Device Owner via QR code.

In my configuration settings, I have unchecked all the "Enable" options under Kiosk mode (Enable Home button, Enable Recents button, Enable notifications, and Enable status bar info). However, on both devices, the status bar is still visible and can be pulled down, and the Home and Recents buttons remain fully functional.

The HTTP polling syncs application changes instantly, but these UI restrictions are completely ignored by the devices. Is there a known firmware compatibility issue with Newland and Honeywell regarding these specific Android Enterprise API blocks, and how can I force them to hide strictly from the web panel side?

Permission Status:
- Overlay on top of other windows is not available
- Access to usage history is not configured

The software features in earlier Android versions may be limited.

Full functionality is available in the MDM mode on Android 9 and above.
