After performing a factory reset on the device, during the initial setup I attempt to enroll it using a QR code. The process gets blocked, displaying a message instructing to contact an IT administrator, and after several attempts Google Play Protect prevents the installation of the APK. This occurs on Samsung Galaxy A05, Samsung Galaxy A06, and Samsung Galaxy A07 devices running Android 14 or higher.

Please contact technical support (https://h-mdm.com/contact-us), provide the support with the QR code you're using for setting up a device, and in which country are you located. We will analyze what's going wrong and let you know.

Note: Custom builds of Headwind MDM are blocked by Play Protect. Use only the original launcher which could be downloaded here: https://h-mdm.com/download/
