"The <Parameter name="prevent.duplicate.enrollment" value="1"/> setting allows an account to be enrolled only once. If a device is replaced or damaged, a new device needs to be enrolled. Can you add a re-registration option or button on the web dashboard so the admin doesn’t need to manually recreate the user device account?"

If you turn on prevent.duplicate.enrollment, then, to replace a damaged device, you need to delete and re-create the device in the "Devices" section. This is done intentionally to prevent the duplicate device enrollment (replacing a damaged device is considered an exceptional action, so there is no special option or button for that).

If replacing devices is a frequent action in your workflow, consider turning off preventing duplicate enrollment.
