failed to download the package headwind MDM pager plugin error on android device

I have installed headwind on a self hosted server and was able to login to console . When i try to enroll device by scanning QR code i am getting an error on android device " Failed to download the package headwind MDM pager plugin " . However i am able to browse the application via browser from same android device. Can anyone please let me know what should be done on this error

It appears that the application details include a link to an APK file hosted on our server.

Please download the application to your computer using a web browser, and then add it to the control panel by following the instructions in the guide:
