Problème upload app

Hello,

I am unable to add a new application; the page stays like this.

Only modification made: certificate renewal via Let’s Encrypt and configuration of a reverse proxy.

Try checking your browser console for HTTP errors when trying to upload a file.

You might find a 413 error there: https://qa.h-mdm.com/11659/failed-to-upload-the-app-413-request-entity-too-large

If this isn't the case, check this file: /var/lib/tomcat9/logs/catalina.out; it should contain the error stack trace for the error.

This is because of your reverse proxy. For example, Cloudflare free tier only has a 100MB maximum upload size. You need to be Business for 200MB or Enterprise for 500MB+. https://developers.cloudflare.com/support/troubleshooting/http-status-codes/4xx-client-error/error-413/

One workaround would be to upload the app through the local IP/access and then devices Downloading via the reverse proxy will be able to download/update as normal.
