Hello,
I want to enroll some tablets on the hmdm platform 

(version Web panel 5.38.1 and apk 6.31)

After the QR Code is scanned, and after the varius checks i press, i get to google's privacy page, after i press accept to finish the setup, i get an error saying that the Settings Wizard has stopped and from then the set up wizard of the tablet is broken and only fixable via hard reset.

Please attach a photo of the error message so we could comment on it.

As per your description, the issue sounds like the firmware bug which isn't related to Headwind MDM and should be addressed to the device supplier.

I got the mdm agnet installed but with a caveat, i first setup the tablet, as is, then i upload the mdm agent apk via cable from a laptop and then i can scan the qr code of the configuration, unfortunately, the web panel doesnt show any serial number so i have to manually give it the id of the tablet to be imported.
