the APN app is not working properly, can you provide update version ?

the APN app version 1.03 Failed to add APN

error

Failed to set up APN: Not Allowed to add APN

Make sur Headwind MDM is installed with device owner rights!

I have checked the permissions and allow it all

in this link i can see version 1.04 but no APK released

can some one provide updated version ?

As suggested by the APN app, you need to make sure that Headwind MDM is installed with device owner rights, because APN can only be set up by a device owner.
