Android 13/14/15 devices not rebooting remotely.

I have a problem at the moment where my android 13/14/15 devices are not rebooting remotely after i have sent the reboot command in the Device lock, reboot and factory reset page. It says that the reboot was confirmed but nothing happens on the device.

Please ensure the launcher is installed in MDM mode.

This can be done on the device details page.

Also, check the launcher URL in the Applications tab of the MDM control panel. If the URL looks like hmdm-x.xx-os.apk, this community version of the launcher does not support remote reboot.
