Apps installed from the Play Store are not visible

On my Android 13 phone, I selected the Background (Agent) Mode profile so I could install apps from the Play Store. When I try to install WhatsApp, Teams, and Outlook, the apps don't appear anywhere, but I can access them when I open them from the Play Store.

Apps installed from the Play Store won't appear in Headwind MDM launcher (you need to enable their package IDs as described here: https://qa.h-mdm.com/1175/).

Choose the system launcher as the default launcher (you should get the prompt which launcher to use; if you don't see the prompt, change the launcher in Settings - Apps - Home app). System launcher should show all installed apps.
