Problem with APP Update

When I try to update an app through the platform, I’m having an issue where the platform confuses the app version, attempting to update it based on the same version.

Downgrade requested for com.microsoft.office.word: installed version 16.0.19127.20134, required version 16.0.19127.20134

The version names seem to be equal, but probably the version codes of the installed and the required versions are different. Check the version codes in the Applications tab: find the com.microsoft.office.word, and click "Versions".

Anyway, this warning can be ignored, because the app isn't downloading.
