Hi.

I'm using the Community Edition of H-MDM.
I use a SIP PBP app into my devices.

If I use the MDM Agent app as default startap app the phone doesn't ring/wake up when a call comes.

But if I use the default startap app of the device (like One UI Home in a Samsung mobile phone) it rings correctly.

Mayme the MDM Agent app lock the display or the notification.

Do you have any suggestion for this issue?
Thanks

Headwind MDM Community doesn't block any applications, neither it could work in a locked (kiosk) mode.

Probably an Android restriction prevents the app from running. Open the configuration details, MDM settings, and check the contents of the "Restrictions" field, it should be empty.

If the issue persists, check the logcat file contents, probably it gives you a clue to resolve your issue.

Hi.

I found the issue.
To let the pbx app ring I have to manually set the com.hmdm.launcher app to "allow alarms and reminders".

There is a way to pass this configuration and also the "Show above other apps" in the installation of the com.hmdm.launcher?

Please let me know, thanks
Sounds weird because alarms of Headwind MDM launcher have nothing to do with a PBX app. Anyway, there's no way to do that automatically, as some settings and permissions can't be automatically granted by MDM.
I hope it would be possibile using the Application Settings tab under Configuration
Unfortunately, there is no such option.
