Photo plugin is not started at boot on Huawei

I have a Huawei phone. Photo plugin is not started at boot, the user needs to run it manually.

This is a Huawei EMUI 9 issue. 

The workaround is to open Settings -> Battery -> App launch, find the Photo Plugin app, and unset the "Automatic" switch. 

A pop-up will appear, asking what you want to allow (all true by default). make sure that the first, Auto-launch is enabled

Note: to be able to open Settings and Battery Settings, enable the following package IDs:

com.android.settings

com.huawei.systemmanager
