I was using the free version of the software and switched to a trial (enterprise) version for testing. After applying the license, the applications already installed on the devices were blocked. Is there any way to work around this?

Thank you,

Headwind MDM is intended for use only on corporate-owned Android devices.

It does not assume that users will install anything themselves. Only what is specified in the list of allowed applications in the configuration will be able to run.

If you need to allow the launch of a pre-installed application, please read the article:

https://qa.h-mdm.com/1175/getting-application-not-allowed-message-how-allow-running

The correct way is to prepare a configuration with all the necessary applications. Then you need to reset the device to factory settings and follow the enroll process:

Enrolling the device section.

Also read the instructions on how to add your applications to the MDM control panel and apply to the configuration:

Deploying your application section.
