Device status all red

What is the issue if on device status is all red. But the mdm policies are all reflected on the device?

The red status means that the path /rest/public/sync/info is blocked.

Please check your restriction rules. Is there a reverse proxy in front of MDM? Perhaps the problem is in it.

No reverse proxy. Some devices display a correct status (green) when using the Android emulator, but we are experiencing issues on a physical tablet.
