How to force app installation/update?

I have an app that had an error updating due to an issue with the package name but now, in a new version, Headwind keeps skipping download because it had a previous installation issue. How can I force the app to update to the new apk?

you can send a push message (Functions -> Push messages):

Type: clearDownloadHistory
This will force the launcher to try to install the apps again.
