I cant see my custom apps added

Question

Hello guys, i add a new app in :

Managed Launcher -> Applications -> Add -> New Application -> upload the file apk & set a png or jpg file

All these steps works fine, but when i try to see the app on the device i cant see the apk icon but the apk are installed if i look the apps installed

someone know why this happends and how to fixed ?

Enables displaying the icon in the configuration settings on the Applications tab (icon hide/show)
