How to monitor device temperature and health indicators?

What do you mean by health indicators?

You can see more information on the Devices tab. Click on menu (...) and then Detail information.

device's health status is determined by system-defined thresholds on the device: if a service or other monitored component exceeds a threshold, the device goes into a Warning or Error state

Thank you for the clarification. Unfortunately there's no such function in Headwind MDM.
