Problem setting up policies on Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 (android 13)

I'm testing the community version. Feature "Setting up device policies (GPS, wifi, bluetooth ...)" runs quite well on my Samsung S7 devices (android 7). But when I test this feature on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 (android 13), the device only displays notification, without automatically switching feature states (bluetooth, wifi ... is still enabled while I have changed the status to disabled)

The MDM application has no permission to change some states (GPS or mobile data) automatically. Therefore, Headwind MDM requests the user to change them, this is the only way to manage these policies.
