Power Button instant lock setting

Question 1

Is there any configuration setting where we can stop "Power Button" short press to put screen to "sleep" in Android 13. Android 11 had " power button instantly lock " setting but Android 13 did not have that.

Question 2

It is possible to lock the power button only in kiosk mode. Kiosk mode is available with Premium or Enterprise licenses.
