Block User from disabling Mobile Data

Hi

I have set the Mobile Data setting to enabled, how do I prevent the user from disabling the Mobile Data

MDM application cannot manage the mobile data. Headwind MDM checks whether mobile data is enabled, and if they are disabled, asks the user to enable it.

Probably adding no_config_mobile_networks to Restrictions also helps (see details here: https://qa.h-mdm.com/12466/).
