Headwind MDM on Virtual Machine which is installed on a ASUSTOR NAS

As the title says, I plan to install Headwind LTS Server on VirtualBox, which is currently installed inside a ASUSTOR NAS.

My question is will the MDM continue to operate 24/7, so long as the NAS is on 24/7?
