Bluetooth pairing dialog in kiosk mode in android 13

When app is running in kiosk mode it is not able to open bluetooth pairing dialog box.

Working fine when not in kiosk. there is no error in debug log.

I think that on your device the OS is silently blocking a package displaying the bluetooth pairing dialog, and you need to check Logcat and reveal which package is blocked: https://qa.h-mdm.com/16737/

Headwind MDM enables most common Android packages, but on your particular device, Bluetooth could be managed by a package yet unknown to Headwind MDM, so you need to enable it manually.
