Headwind MDM is compatible with most of Android devices. However some devices, in particular, custom devices, have no MDM setup flow (as described here https://h-mdm.com/quick-start/#device).

On such devices, you can use alternative setup flows described here: https://qa.h-mdm.com/16619/how-to-install-headwind-mdm-mobile-app-without-code-scanning
