HTTP STATUS 500

Hello, I installed the MDM software on my server. But like many others, the QR code is not displayed or generated.

I made iptables etc., the page with the empty QR code comes up, but only on http and not on https. Do I need to install anything else on the server? release rights? Because the picture comes with HTTP STATUS 500. Greetings
