How to remove/disable google store

Google store and play services are using up 30 megs a day. We are on a small data plan. How can I remove/block them. I already clicked block in the applications portion of the MDM but they are still running. Is there a way to uninstall them? I do not need them.

Unfortunately, using Headwind MDM you cannot disable services, you can prevent the user from starting the Play Market (com.android.vending) but as a service it will continue to work.

Try using Kiosk mode in multi-app launch mode:

In this mode, the specified services will not work.
