Wifi Manager asks for location services

I'm implementing Wifi Manager V1.19 on Android 9 and 11 devices.
When I open the app I always get this message.

When I check my location settings they are enabled.

What am I missing?

This looks like a bug preventing WiFi manager from working on devices which do not have GPS.

Unfortunately support of WiFi manager is discontinued because WiFi management API is no more available on Android 10 and above. 

Please contact the support so we could suggest you alternatives.
