Unable to start mdm server, getting this error.

The DNS doesn't seem to work well on the server where you install Headwind Remote.

You need to fix the DNS error, or use a workaround like placing dev-remote-mdm.company.in entry to the /etc/hosts/. But I would recommend to fix DNS errors, because more errors may arise if DNS is not working properly.
