Hello,

I am trying to master the new tablets, Lenovo TB328FU Android 12, when I browse the internet I have no network problem, but when I log into the play store, I can identify my Google account but I don't not access the Store (drawing of the sleeping satellite).

Any help ? Thanks

The issue you're reporting doesn't seem to be related to MDM. It sounds like a network issue.

This can happen if you're using a VPN application (including Headwind MDM URL filtering plugin). Also, there could be restrictions on a proxy server if you're using one.

The only way to diagnose the issue is to look into logcat and find messages from Play Store related to your issue.

Thanks for your answer, I tryed to connect on other network with same result and finally reset the tablet and master it again and it worked.
