Remove Lock screen/Clock screen [closed]

I need my app to start and be on screen when the phone is booted but the phone is booting into the clock screen that you have to slide up on. Can I remove that? Or how do I get my app to start and be in foreground on reboot?

Kiosk mode doesn't allow text to speech correct and some other libraries correct? Does it allow BLE?
