Pager and app update not working

Question

After installing configuration on device I see the notifications "Headwind Push Notifications are active" However none of my apps will update when I update them through the MDM. I have tried sending both push message and a pager message and nothing is being received. Any ideas on where to look to fix this?

I went ahead and opened the port and when I telnet it just goes to a blank screen with a cursor so i assume it is working, I will test again. Thanks!

I am getting this error in the logs
MQTT connection failure
I changed the address to the ip that I can telnet to in teh ROOT.xml but it still doesnt work.
