There's no QR code installer on the start screen, how to install Headwind MDM?

I have a version of android tablet which, upon factory reset, does not present the welcome screen for the hidden QR code- base installer.

What other way can I use Headwind MDM to register and manage this type of devices?

Headwind MDM requires enhanced (Device Owner) permissions, which are granted by the Managed Provisioning (QR code based installer).

If your mobile devices have no Managed Provisioning, there are the following options.

1. Just install the Headwind MDM APK and use it with limited capabilities (not recommended). See more details here: https://h-mdm.com/compatibility/

2. Install the Headwind MDM APK, then turn on the developer mode on a device and grant the device owner rights by the ADB utility (recommended for test purposes): https://qa.h-mdm.com/1411/

3. Ask the device supplier for the "platform keys" and grant the enhanced permissions by signing Headwind MDM with these platform keys. More about integrating Headwind MDM in the custom ROM here: https://h-mdm.com/hmdm-aosp/
