Headwind Remote establishes the connection with the device and the management buttons are working. But the screen is showing as a black square.

This effect is caused by the "Disable screenshots" policy.

To fix this, open the web panel, find the configuration of your device, open the configuration details, Common Settings, and uncheck the "Disable screen capture" flag.
