Allow users clear the cache on selected apps

Hello!

Is it possible to allow users clear the cache of a specific application, or let them install it, so that it can be installed from scratch when the next Config synch happens?

An MDM application cannot clear the cache of third party applications. Also, it doesn't allow users to manage (uninstall/install) applications.
