I have successfully installed Headwind Remote on the server and it reported no errors.

Web interface can be opened.

But when I am trying to run the mobile agent, it reports: Failed to connect ....: Media server is down.

How to fix the issue?

Headwind Remote internally uses IPv6 for connection between components.

If you see this error, probably IPv6 is not enabled.

Please enable IPv6, reboot the server, and restart Headwind Remote.
